You don't read files, type, send mail, or change anything. You open one page and you leave.

Peer to peer
A colleague to a colleague. Not a manager using it on someone who can't answer back.

Once is the joke
When they have understood, it is over. Repeating it to humiliate someone is not the game.

The actual fix
Win + L on Windows. Ctrl + Cmd + Q on a Mac. A company can also lock idle sessions. This site does not do that for them.
